What is DSR Direct Sales?
In this model the DSR is the seller. The DSR takes stock from the distributor, sells it to retailers on the spot, and later accounts for every item and every taka.
Order-based delivery (Type 1)
- An SR takes the order at the shop.
- The distributor approves it.
- A DSR delivers the goods later.
Direct market sales (Type 2)
- The DSR already carries the stock.
- The sale and handover happen at the shop.
- The DSR settles stock and cash at the end.

Issue stock
The distributor issues products to the DSR.
Sell in the market
The DSR visits retailers and enters each sale.
Collect payment
The DSR records the cash received from retailers.
Settle
Unsold stock is returned and cash is settled.
